Steps in the Booking Process
INITIAL STEPS IN THE PROCESS 1. Make sure your date is available by emailing preservedpetalsbyamy@gmail.com 2. Fill out the Vendor Agreement/Specifications form found here: https://forms.gle/ 3. Ask any questions you would like! Email Amy at preservedpetalsbyamy@gmail.com 4. Secure your date with a $50 non-refundable deposit. (Cash, check or Venmo @Amy-Boll-6 last four 0296 5. I will email you a receipt for your deposit and the invoice showing remaining balance.

BEFORE YOUR WEDDING 1. Make arrangements for bouquet transfer (within 48 hours of wedding, preferred). I like to have a solid plan in place a week or two before your wedding. 2. If a friend or family member is transferring your bouquet, make them aware of the importance of keeping your flowers cool and hydrated.

AFTER YOUR WEDDING 1. Transfer bouquet/flowers to Amy (within 24-48 hours of your wedding). Meet in Belton, Grandview or KC Crossroads District, or you may drop it off to me in Harrisonville. *Pick-up is possible at your location for a minimum $40 fee (and up depending on location) if you are unable to meet in one of these areas. 2. Patiently wait! Flowers take weeks to dry—it’s so hard to wait! It will take up to 3-4 months for your piece to be completed 3. Mock up photos will be sent to you before final design. 4. Pressed floral piece picked up by you or delivered to you by meeting in Belton, Grandview or KC Crossroads District. Final balance due at this time. |
